Condensation on chiller supply/return hoses

I am looking for information on how to calculate the cooling capacity loss by a recirculating chiller due to operation in a humid environment. The chiller coolant, typically supplied via a rubber hose to a process to be cooled, condenses the water vapor in the air. Lets say the collant temperature is being supplied at 10 deg C.

I appreciate the help.
 
We have this situation as well, however I live in a dry climate. The good thing about the losses is that the ice builds up on the hoses until it insulates the hoses enough to slow the process to a freeze/thaw equilibrium. I don't have a number for you but I think the losses are fairly small. Which is pretty relative I guess.
