CONCRETE PAVERS IN PORTS

Dear colleagues, somebody can tell me how to get a copy of the "Third Edition of the British Ports Association Heavy Duty Pavement Design Manual ". I have already tried, without success, with the British Association. I also tried to see the "Background to the Third Edition" from the Eng. Knapton website, but I cannot see the figures that it contains.
