We used to get some of the ACI Journals before I allowed the subscriptions to lapse. I found them basically worthless with a lot of poorly written thesis projects with very little practical application. It also seemed as if the majority of articles were based on research sponsored by some supplier (the FRP fiber industry comes to mind) and had some bias.
I remember one article I thought might help me in a design, on opening moments on corners. There were charts, graphs and other technical data. But when I tried to figure out what the allowable design values for the tested sections, I couldn't find any dimensions. So I couldn't compare the failure loads to what I would design to.
I agree with JAE that MSC is head and shoulders above any concrete only publication.
