Excluding the ACI Concrete Repair Manual is there a good book for study on concrete condition evaluation?

There are a coouple of smaller ACI publications that may be of interest:
- ACI 201.1 R-92 Guide for Making a Condition Survey
of Concrete in Service
- ACI 364.1 R-94 Guide for Evaluation of Concrete Structures Prior to Rehabilitation
