I have a 4' high concrete bulkhead with some cracks and delamination. What is the best material for filling the cracks with that would last in salt air/water northeast environment? How about spalling repair?
Thanks

Check the Sika website. They have products specifically for marine environments, including ones that can be applied underwater.

For spalling, you need to saw cut the edges then chip out the deteriorated concrete.I attached some details. The descriptions of the item numbers can be found in the NYSDOT standard specifications.
