As shown in attached plan, the building has U shape with basement, the owner wants to build the zone in center, my concern is what kind of foundation I can you use to build without effecting the exist building by excavation, the new building will one floor with skylight roof and external wall need to be wall bearing without any columns inside.
What are the suggestion that may express it to the client?
