Conc. Pipe Arch-Elbow or junction?

I need to extend a 36' x 23' pipe arch at a skew anywhere between 15 - 45 degrees. I am searching for estimate information to compare cost of an elbow vs.junction box. Also any information on why one would be better than the other and if a concrete collar could suffice. I did call a manufacturer and could not obtain a price for this type of elbow so any leads would be very appreciated.
