Is there a CAD software that can help with the stress analysis for a manipulator in the deep sea for different configurations of the motor, to choose the best material

Your thread title and your post seem to be out of sync. I think you are really asking about FEA, from "stress analysis ..., to choose the best material"

You might use CFD to get the applied forces, if the manipulator is moving quickly, but i doubt that's what you are getting at.

"different configurations of the motor" what do you mean by that?
