Automotive repair software

What's the best auto repair software that I can store onto hard drive? I used to have all data but someone stole my laptop I had it installed on!

So, before you do anything, you need to set up some sort of backup routine, to ensure that if your laptop gets stolen or breaks, you don't have to go through this again.

you'll probably get better response if you post in the Engineering Computer Programs forum, maybe "general apps".
I also change the title to "hard drive repair", if that's what you mean.
Why would you want (specifically) hard drive repair s/ware "just" because someone stole your laptop ?
Maybe hard drive security ?
And I agree with IR, backing up to a redundant location (a cloud, a separate hard drive at home) makes sense.
