The Korean law states that the all storage tanks for dangerous chemicals(**see below) of over 1,000 KL capacity must be inspected internally every 10 years.
The inspection includes,
1) The welding seams of the bottom plate must be inspected using non-destructive test method.(15% of all welding seams)
2) The thickness of the bottom plate must be checked.
3) Inspectors must enter the tank for vacuum box test.
The above routine inspection is compulsory.
I'd like to know that this kind of law exists in other country.
Many thanks in advance.
**dangerous chemicals

Collodion, Acet Aldehyde, Propylene Oxide, Benzene, Toluene, Methyl Ethyl Ketone,Cyclo-Hexane,Ethyl Benzene, Acrylo Nitrile, Aceto Nitrile, Methyl Alcohol, Ethyl Alcohol,
iso-Propanol, Amyl Alcohol
2) flammable liquid
; Kerosine, Diesel Oil, Acetic acid, Acrylic acid, Chloro Benzene, Amyl Formate, Styrene
3) heavy fuel oil(Bunker "C"
