Compression set of nitrile rubber

I need to acheive a compression set 20% max on nitrile 90 Shore A The max I have acheived is 27% I would appreciate any assistance in this matter

Try to use ZnO as the filler. Do not use too much precipitated silica or too much sulphur. Beter use Semi EV vulcanization.

hey can you please tell me some properties and information on nitrile rubber. the most important property i need to know is the amount of insulation it has.
