Compress Intermediate Calculation

Hello Compress users

I am currently working a pressure vessel with an intermediate head which separates two chambers within the vessel. There are situations during operation where there will be pressure on the convex side of the intermediate head and no pressure on the concave side. How does Compress address this situation, or does it? Do I need do an additional calculation on the intermediate for external pressure?
