Hi, Currently I'm working on a multi storey steel building.I would like to know if there is a method to calculate a composite truss slab.

If you are talking combining the floor slab with a truss in composite action......the answer is: yes. The best examples I have seen on that are in: ‘Composite Construction Design For Buildings’ by: Viest, et al. (1997; published by: McGraw-Hill/ASCE).

Yes I m talking about this type of slabs. I wonder if the book you have suggested contain a detail method to calculate and determine profils used for the truss

In the examples they size the chords and typical diagonals. They use a Warren truss configuration in one example.

Another resource might be SJI's specification for composite floor joists. Obviously, that's very similar technology.
