Combo Tool Source

I am helping out the purchasing group. My company manufactures enclosures and racks for data storage, routers and servers Along with one of these racks we ship a Combo Tool. It is a 5mm hex key on one end and a 10 mm socket on the other. The socket end is a formed 16 ga crs tube formed into a 10mm socket. It gets a tack weld and is Zinc Plated. The combo tool is an "L" shape so either the hex key end or socket end can be used as the handle. The tool is much like those that come with swing sets or assemble yourself furniture then throw away, but it is a requirement of our customer. I need a source for this tool...FAST any thoughts ?
