What exactly are you using to "join" the surfaces?
Typically you would use "Sew" for this. If you already tried and faced some issues over there can you elaborate on them?

Sew joins multiple surfaces into a multi-faced sheet or body (original boudaries between sheets still exist on the end result). Quilt combines multiple faces into a single faced sheet (original boundaries will not show on end result). Please clarify what you're trying to do.

Sorry for not mention the software that i'm used..I try to combine 2 surfaces to become 1 surface in FEMAP..

This is an NX forum and not for FEMAP issues.
