Column base plate grout

Can anyone tell me where the ICC code specifies special inspection must be performed for column base plate grout?

Not specifically required unless covered in the contract documents. If in the documents, must be done.

Many treat the same as tendon grouting, which is required to be inspected.

i consider it part of the structural steel special inspection. it's quite simple to look at and to check the correct grout is used anyways. plus, you will often find field slotted base plates and ad hoc welded bolts this way...
