Cold drawn vs hot rolled superheater seamless tubes

We are trying to purchase some SA-213 TP304H cold drawn tubes, 2 in diameter, 0.220 in thickness, in order to replace the secondary superheater (platen) panels in our pulverized coal fired 150 net MW boiler.

the design steam outlet properties are: 1880 psi, 1000 F

As we are running out of time to get the panels ready previous to plant stop, it's been hard to find the required material, and the delivery time is about 6 months. We have the option to replace this material for a SA-213 TP347H Hot rolled that can be delivered in about 40 days.

Is this option an equivalent and reliable replace of the original tubes?

Any advice will be appreciated.

The HR tubes will have rougher finish and looser tolerances.
If they meet the design spec then they should work, but may require more shop time to fit, weld, and extra cleaning.

Hot rolled SH boiler tubes will perform just fine.
