Hello, I want to insert coiled spring pin of 4.4 mm OD, 3.5 mm ID & 8 mm length which is to be press fitted in 4 mm hole. How to calculate force required for press fit ??

At least two distinct devices qualify as coiled spring pins, e.g. single layer and multilayer.
AFAIK, they have different spring rates and require different hole prep and different tooling.

The easiest and likely most accurate calculation for installation force is to call the manufacturer of the particular device you intend to use. Be prepared to reveal the details of your hole tolerance and such other details as chamfers.

There's no calculation for that pin type. You'll need to either contact the maker or get a large quantity of them and drill a large quantity of holes and see how much force it takes. Small amounts of oil or other lubricant will make huge differences in the force required.
