Codes for rotating equipment

Are there any codes that for rotating equipments? All I know is usually best practices on maintaining rotating equipment.

Yes. Several. E.g., API is full of them, like API 610.
Another example is NEMA SM 23 for turbines.

as XL83NL says there is a bucket load of them - API,CEN, EN, BS, DIN, the applicable ones to a specific project will be listed in the Design Basis for the Plant.
