Code Case 1670-1

Does anyone have a old copy of Code Case 1670-1, or can at least tell me what the Code Case was about? One of my cryogenic vessels references it in the U-1A form but I could not find much data on it.

The title is 1670-1 Nickel Steel Vessels With Stainless Steel Nozzles Section Vlll, Division 1 SUPP 4 and it dates to around 1989.
