We have several covered concrete channels where H2S has attacked the concrete. The problem is that we can only turn off flow to these channels for 8 hours for surface prep and coating. We cannot fully dry out the concrete prior to application of the coating. Does anyone have experience with moisture cured coatings over exposed aggregate. How well do they hold up to MIC and H2S? How much surface prep is required for good adhesion?
Any insite you have is appreciated!
