sorry again!
i choose three layer epoxy coating,
primer coat: polyamine primer containing zinc dust, thickness: 75 μm
intermediate coating: polyamine, thickness: 100 μm
topcoat: polyamine cured (high built epoxy), thickness: 100 μm

Sounds like you can't get less than a 275 micro-meter thickness.

I don't know if this is a language barrier or what, but, I'm assuming that most of us, myself included, are not sure what you are asking for. How are you getting whatever thickness you're getting now? Who is your supplier?

actually i don't have any experience of coating application.
i mean how i can achieve the correct film thickness? there are some parameters like diameter nozzle, spray pressure and .... is there any table that specify these parameters for different film thickness?

Go back to the manufacturer of your coating, they generally have reccomendations for gun pressure, nozzle diameter, and viscosity of the coating.
Also allowable time between coats ( recoat time ).

1) Hire someone who knows how to apply paint, or realize you will need to spend quite a bit of time learning how to spray apply paint yourself. You have a long way to go. SSPC has a class and certification for applicators.

2) Realize that nobody can put down precisely 75 microns of paint on an irregular surface by hand. Come up with an acceptable range of thicknesses, such as 50-100 microns.

3) You can verify thickness with a magnetic gauge. See SSPC PA-2. Elcometer and Defelsko are common brands, there are plenty of others.

4) God help you if you post questions like this on a paint specialist forum.
