For P275 NL2 material with a plate thickness greater than 40 mm, Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) requirements

Welding of P275 NL2 material plate is allowed without PWHT up to what thickness according to different codes (ASME, API, EN, and BS)? Is it possible to weld without PWHT? If yes, according to which code?
