Coating Pipe Similar to Pipe Manufacturer

I am looking to coat pipe with a similar coating that it arrived with from the mill. It looks like a clear coat/lacquer of some sort. Can someone tell me what type of coating this actually is?

Call the mill.

Or send a sample to a paint lab for analysis.
