COAL HANDLING PROPERTIES

I need some reference values of the friction angle and cohesion of coal. This coal is to be used in steel plant.
It is confined in a bilge for 20 days. The bilge is filled with coal using a ship loader. The bilge height is about 15m. The grain size is about 1 to 3mm.
