which one useful belt systems for material handling or transportation?

hi,
im my working plant want to new design clinker unloading system with precision train unloading.and then ? need transporting system espically belt conveyor system but which one the test solution close belt conveyor or conventional belt system straigt line lenght 290 meter inclined 2-3 degrees must be ona part directly transporting unloading silo? which one select the best choise?
