Hi folks how are you,
we're thinking of installing CMM attachment on our HAAS VF8 vertical; that sucker is brand new (= fairly accurate) and with the 64 x 40 travel would make pretty large CMM... We're gearing up to machine some aerospace weldments and "traditional" CMM inpection would cost us mega-$$.
Has anyone of you done that? If so, I'd love to hear your recommendation, comments, etc.
