Does anyone know what the closest font is in windows to the default Pro-E font?

I don't think your going to locate a font in windows thats anything close to that Pro/E default drawing font. too boot the Pro/E Default font is jagged and lined art and windows font will be filled.

A search for *.fnt in my PTC directory returns quite a few font files. Surely one of them must be the font Pro/E uses?

Sorry for the new question.
But how do you add a font in ProE?

To add a
font type, place the font file in the Pro-E text\font folder:

Folder on
my PC is as follows:

C:\ptc\proeWildfire3\text\fonts

Thank you Kieran

Also, you don't want to add too many font files in that directory, it will impact Pro/E's performance. At least in drawings.

Set configuration parameters pro_font_dir to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts.

Pro/e will get access to all Windows fonts

I hate the default Proe font. Initially I was using the isofont that bundles with proe. Later I set my proe font directory to c:\windows\fonts and am now using isocpeuri which gives me a good distinction between O and 0, 7 and l and I and L. I am happy with it.
