clearance requirements for electrical panels per British Standards

What are the clearance requirements for circuit breaker panels - sub main and final distribution - per the British standars?

Refer to BS7671. Most probably you'll have to buy it.
 
If you mean internal clearances and low voltage - AllenWest panels were built to the following:

BS5486 pt.1 1990
EN60439-1
IEC439-1

I do have a copy of BS 7671 : 2001. I have not been able to locate a passage requiring a specific clearance and I've spent considerable time looking. I'm familiar with the USA National Electrical Code (NFPA 70 - most often called the NEC). It is very specific as the clearances around and above circuit breaker panels for each voltage range.
