I am needing help finding a heater to heat an evaporative room that evaporates alcohol from powder material. The room is to be held @ 125 F and I need an explosion-proof heater for this. Does anyone know where I should look, I have tried all day to no avail. I am now looking for a water-air heat exchanger thinking that I might be able to use a hot water heat system; but this hasn't helped much!

I used ("explosion proof" "unit heater") in a google search and had 263 hits. Are the heating element temperatures for a conventional explosion proof unit heater too high for alcohol vapors at 125 degF?

Try any of the following Chromalox (USA), Watlow (USA), Heatex (UK) - they all do hazardous area electric heaters

you will have to trawl through the websites but I suggest just give the local sales agent a call may be the easiest option

hope these help
