Use an injection quill to get the addition to the centerline of the pipe. And then install a static (inline) mixer to assure mixing.
Be very careful with materials selection. The quill needs to resist both corrosion and vibration.
I hope that there will be sensors and a feedback loop to your metering pump.
Most materials are very sensitive to the amount of hypo.
Too little and it doesn't sanitize, too much and everything will corrode.
I have seen SS injection quills fail, then as the hypo is injected along the wall of the pipe it eats a groove right through it.
