Chllorination on piping line 1

Hi everybody, could you please tell me if is possible to feed sodium hypochlorite on a piping line to chlorinate and mix before send this water to another tank, what tool or technology should i use?

This is usually done with some type of metering pump.

Do you think it could be necessary to use a Venturi tube or feeder, the problem is that i'm going to use a Pump and put the feed after the pump to improve the mixing.

How precisely do you need to control the concentration?

Use an injection quill to get the addition to the centerline of the pipe. And then install a static (inline) mixer to assure mixing.
Be very careful with materials selection. The quill needs to resist both corrosion and vibration.
I hope that there will be sensors and a feedback loop to your metering pump.
Most materials are very sensitive to the amount of hypo.
Too little and it doesn't sanitize, too much and everything will corrode.
I have seen SS injection quills fail, then as the hypo is injected along the wall of the pipe it eats a groove right through it.

Sodium hypochlorite is very corrosive and most applications use non-metallic piping and pumps.

It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish. Could you post a sketch?
