Chinese SQL 1

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get a Chinese SQL certificate issued for a pressure vessel after the vessel has been built (in a non SQL approved shop).

I know this is the wrong way around, but the problem is my customers, not mine, and I am trying to help them out.

Any help would be appreciated.

No (legal) chance. The vessel must have the license number and the stamp of the notified body on the name plate.

If it's a steam boiler the approval before manufacturing release must be given by an authorized company in China.
