SA 266 gr 3 vs Chinese Q345R

Hi i am a new mechanical engineer in refinery in Pakistan. For the shell and tube heat exchanger tube sheet we use SA 266 Grade 2 as per existing design. I wanted to know if we could use a Chinese grade (Q345R) as it is much cheaper here.
