Changing the User Name

Hey everyone,

You know whenever you create a new file in SE (or any other program) it automatically fills in the "Author" field, and usually its the Windows network log in ID it uses (I think).

Can I make it use something else? I want it to use the authors name but formated the way we put the name in on the title block.
