Hi,
I'm trying to change the bend (inside)radius of a sheet metal part, and can't seem to figure out how to. The thickness of the sheet metal is .0478 ,and I want to have a tighter radius of .015 on all the flanges. Any ideas would be great, thanks

Hi,

Use the "Sheet Metal Styles" tool in the tools browser. Under the Bend tab the "Bend Radius" is set default to sheet thickness, change this to your specific bend radius. You can allways override the default bend radius to have multiple bend radii in your sheet metal part by changing the bend radius when using the different bending tools. In all bending tools there is a box to change the bend radius. Hope this will help you.

Cheers :D

Thanks,
I actually found this out from an Engineer at GE today. Thanks again for helping me:)
