Change counter in KOYO KOSTAC

HI.
I,ve Little problem in my Old PLC. I want to change the counter value to reduce my machine step. Can any body show me the key strok to change the counter value. I use the programmer SA-20 on my old KOYO KOSTAC PLC.
I hope much contribution of you.
