ASME Sec II Part-A SA 182 Clause 18.2 says "following test reports required WHERE applicable"

How one should assess whether product analysis is applicable or not? My product is conc.reducer and tee

Depending on the code of construction, or by engineering specification by the purchaser or other,,,,that is meant by applicable.
