how to put centermark for circle, arc while detailing.

A datum axis is to be created in the part model. Using Show/ Erase option display of centre marks or axis (depending on the type of view) for these circular features can be controlled.

u mean if the circular hole feature is in top view, its axis will be in top/ right view.

the trick is to get that centermark to rotate with your patterns and display that in a drawing with a bolt hole circle.

There is abug in Pro E for showing centre marks of a features which are circular patterned. Only if the faetures are patterned radially using an angle dimension and with suitable drawing option set, you can show radially aligned centre marks. If you havedone pattern using an axis, the centre marks are not radially aligned. However, these can be aligned in whatever direction neededmanually one at a time.

To get the bolt circle to work with an AXIS pattern create the pattern leader with an angular dimension. When you create the axis pattern add the angle to the dimensions tab and set the increment to 0. This will allow the bolt circle to show. This issue appears to be resolved in WF3 M190 and WF4 M070.

No bug, no trick. This is controled by a drawing option called "radial pattern axis circle"


Yes or No to have the pattern force axis inline with ceneter and use a bolt circle, or x-y horizontal-veritcal axis.

I attaching the snapshot of model with two rows of holes; the outer row created using Axis pattern and the inner row created using angular dimension. I am also attaching the snapshot of the drawing options set in my WF 2.0. Am I missing something here? Also I did not find any option for forcing the axis to be inline.

Thanks for the tips ! Finally I got the pcd displayed in a drawing for axis patterned holes. At first I could not understand your tip; because I never realised I could select a dimension while doing axis pattern.
