cellphone camera search

hi, im in finding a small camera module as a cellphone one does anyone know where to find one. i need to attach a flash memory card or some.

I need to use small cameras in different places and record about 300 pictures a day in each camera. the data is to be stored in portable media such a memory card or flash card

in fact i´ve found miniature cameras but i have not found one as you could have in a v300 cellphone, i mean a small board, CCD included.

ive found frame grabbers but im not sure if those are used always inside a pc.
