cell libraries

There are quite a few places to find cell libraries available on the web. There are also cell libraries available from the D.O.T.'s just go to their web sites and the libraries are found in the CAD download areas. Example: has some Arch cells. MDOT, MNDOT, WISDOT, IDOT, KDOT are others. I hope this helps. I do know that what you are seeking might come at a premium though. Good Luck.
