Cell conversion to V8

When I convert my cell libraries to V8 from SE, the level structure does not match the structure established in SE or V8. It creates new levels named the same as the number of the level in which it was created; in other words, a door cell was created using level name "door" and level number "25," however, after conversion, that cell's elements are now named "level 25" and the level number is "75." Is there a fix or method to convert these cell libraries so that the level structure remains the same?
