cast stainless designation

I am trying to find information on german stainless steels and the ASTM equivalents. The ones I am intersted in are 1.4468-A1, 1.4462-B1 and 1.4462-A2. I can find info on these without the suffix and would like to know what the difference is between the standard type and the one with the -B1, -A1 etc.

Does anone know where I can find a cross reference with mechanical and chemical compositions for these materials?
