we are constructing bridge having 04 nos span of 30,30,25&25 m each.there are 16 nos of cast in situ (1.2 m dia ,30 m long) r.c.c piles for each span.what will be minimum time required to pore adjacent pile with center to center distance of 3 m.

Good afternoon sremotorway,

I would say that is a good question to be directed to the project's geothech. It depends on the characteristics of the soil, if casing is required, etc. But in any case I've never seen a recommendation of less than 24hrs. I also have had drillers want to advance two adjacent piles simultaneously then place concrete in both at the same time. I would recommend discouraging that practice too. To me (not a geotech), while it might protect the fresh/partially set concrete it would seem to invite too much potential soil disturbance.

regards,
Michel
