I want to ask you how to prevent corrosion in Carbon steel pipes at the stores with different sizes from 10 inches to 36 inches. Can silica gel be used, and what kind of silica gel is the most suitable?

As for the pipe internal, for a short duration, simply cap the pipe ends with some desiccant inside to keep it dry. For a long term storage, may consider a N2 gas preservation method.

Where do you think this silica gel will go on flushing the line?
Blocking the filters of course!

Capping the ends is great if you don't want anyone seeing the desiccant bag disappearing with water accumulating inside the pipe.

The best solutions are costly. So ask yourself if the cost of this pipe is worth it?

Amount of time in storage and metrological conditions make a massive difference in options.

Also stored in a warehouse or outside?

You can't nitrogen preserve open ended pipe. Or even with caps on You need to allow for changes in air pressure and thermal effects.

Typically you would use a VPI (vapor phase inhibitor) or CRI (corrosion resisting oil) and end caps.
Just keeping it dry may not be good enough for longer term storage or for more corrosive environments.
