Hi, Could someone tell me the material used for this all that is in the A194 spec is carbon-molybdenum

do you know if there is an alternative European equivalent for 4047?

There is not a standard European grade that has the same or similar composition to 4047 according to SAE J404 or ASTM A29. High temperature fasteners in the EU are specified according to EN 10269, with a more highly alloyed steel such as 42CrMo4 being commonly used.
