Can't use the holemaking in Pro/ NC on an imported feature

Pro/NC can't seem to identify cylindric cavities on imported feature containing them. How would you suggest drilling holes when all you have is an imported feature and the holes are represented by thier cylindric surfaces?
 
try to make one axis -> from cylinder
