I've seen that others have had the problem of not being able to start Matlab, but none of the solutions I've seen work or are appropriate. Maybe I just haven't seen the right thread.
When I try to start Matlab, I get the error:
Error 1,002: The e-mail address you entered is associated with a non-student MathWorks account and may not be reused for student purchases.
...( and a bunch of other crap)
First, this is the SAME email I used to purchase the product in the first place, so that message is crap. Then when I log into their site with that email address, it tells me I'm not associated with a license.
When I ordered I received an order # and a serial number, but NOT a license #. Tech support requires a license #, so I can't even contact tech support!!
I'm pretty ticked off at these guys right now. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
