Cannot Select Lines in Alternate Positions

SWX 2005 SP4.0

I have a plan view in my assembly which has an alternate position view in it. Yesterday I put a couple dims from a detail in the alternate position to one in the main view. Now today when I go to put more dims in, I cannot select the lines in the alternate position at all but I can pick the lines in the regular view. I cannot think of anything that I might have done to make this happen. I have also tried deleting the alternate position and putting it back in, ans it still won't let me select.
Does anyone know what might be wrong?

I've had similar problems with alternate views. Usually goes away after a reboot.

I created the alternate view by clicking in the plan view, hitting the alternate view button and selecting my other configuration. The weird thing is that I can select the alternate views, of the same config, in all of the other views just not the plan view.

I tried the reboot and that didn't work.

Try sending a Rx to your VAR.
