After the job completed, can we delete the *.rec or abaqus.rpy, or abaqus_read_step0 file in the working directory? Thanks again

Can we delete *.rec file?

These files are not related to a job running. They are used by the CAE session and all but the abaqus.rpy will be deleted automatically - unless you crash, then the .rec file will be very useful 
The .rpy will remain and yes, you could delete it, but if you intend to RePlaY your work or use your previous work as the basis of a script, then you should keep it.
