Can i use a 200V V/F inverter to control a 380V motor ?
What problem i will facing ?

Yes, --- BUT ......

What is this motor driving, what is the load characteristic and what is the max load at the max speed?

Suggestion: The inverter appears to have the smaller voltage rating. It potentially could be aligned with the motor; however, the motor would not be fully utilized and it might be damaged.

Is the 200V the input to the V/F inverter? What is the BUS voltage at 50 or 60 Hz?
